    Picked this up outside Princeton back in summer but only got around to riding it lately. Swapped the controls out for 105 STI and it's super nice to ride. Stem is a bit looong, mind you.

    I don’t think those bars are supposed to have flat tops so the reach is pretty long. Tilt them down and bring the levers up to shorten it. Or change stem of course

    What @PhilDAS said. It'll make more sense to change the bars than the stem though.

    Ok, I was curious about that. The previous owner had them set up that way but maybe a little exaggerated so it felt messed up. I'll try find a middle ground. Thanks!

    Also thanks everyone else for the input. I might also check out alternate bars etc, and thanks for the kind words!
