Ain't ugly at all, quite like those Nitto stems, would rather see a bike that's used than a show pony or a wall hanger.

Really think these wheels are much more in keeping with the build, finished it off nicely for me. DT Swiss do some really nice rim brake rims that may be worth looking at if you do end up getting them rebuilt.
Maybe just a nice campag chainset now but 🤷🏻♂️ Also liked the skinnier stem.

Ugly carry everything mode. But just finished the f500 and thought I’d get over the vanity of disliking my stem.
