Is there anything i can do about this?

Put a spacer in between the drive side cup and the BB shell. Should be one in the pack.

Thanks i have and its left about 1mm gap now, However i cant put anymore in due to thread in the cup.

I am a little worried about the chain line? Will this be affected?

If it’s out - and it will only be out if the bb shell isn’t to spec - you can move it inboard by spacing out the NDS cup.

1mm will be fine though. Could always put a wave washer in it.
