After a small-ish single speed runabout bike for my brother - frame ideally 52cm but might get away with 54cm
He was looking at a new but cheap imported one with really sh*te components and I said he would be better off buying second hand so hoping the forum can deliver!
Open to ideas on brand / make / colours. All suggestions welcome
