What do 25mm of spacers cost these days tester?

Same as they ever did. In my world 25mm is 16+8+1 so that's three spacers at £5 ea. and £2.50p&p

Obviously if it were my bike I'd put a headset cover and stem cap on there too

Wish I'd known about your lock ring before I shelled out for a Paul for my belt drive track bike. The width of the teeth on a Gates CDX cog makes using most track lock rings impossible; I picked the Paul because it's the thickest one I could find, but it's still not a perfect solution.
