Recently swapped out the old mechanical 105 / Spyre group for a mix of what was in stock - GRX shifters, Ultegra / RX derailleurs, SLX calipers. Sugino OX still going strong after a good few years now. Need to re-bleed the rear as it's still not great but otherwise all working alright.
