Right, am back from hols - measurements as follows:
Seat tube (c-to-c): 52cm
Top tube (c-to-c): 58cm
Stand over height: 82cm@DenimDong if you’re interested let me know ASAP, I have others keen who pm’d!

Nice bike.
I grew up racing marins of this vintage . Still got a couple .
I would bet that to be a 20 inch seat tube measured bb to top of seat tube( which was how they were sized ) , with a 23inch top tube.
