A close friend has moved back to London and obviously public transport is to be avoided so is looking for a bike. She's 5'5" (165cm) so is probably looking for a frame somewhere between 50 and 53cm (could possibly go down to a 48).
Nothing flash, functional city bike is the brief. Budget is £300 max and collection in London needed. What's out there??
