First is a frame that popped up on eBay with Graham Weigh stickers on it. It was brand new and I’m pretty sure it’s a cycle speedway frame. The welds are not great to say the least and it’s kinda heavy.
But the fork has clearance for huge tyres and the rear will probably cleat 2.1/2 inch. Maybe worth it just for the fork. It came with a made in China sticker on it.
The bad bit, when trying to fit a track crank, it was fouling the chainstay. I did a terrible job of crimping it, didn’t support the inside enough and bent both sides. As can be seen in the pictures. So I’m giving this away as not safe to ride but you can make your mind up there. Maybe someone can chop it up or just risk it, whatever.
Second is an old Diamondback traverse. I had ideas of making some kind of klunker thing and decided to chop off the rear canti mounts but in my lazy, not paying attention at hacksawing, I made a small incision into the rear seat stay, as pictured. The thing is made of gas pipe so probably is nowhere near going through. I also removed the cable guides, this bit I did ok. Again, being given away as not safe to ride. But, again you can decide that. Chop it up, ride it, I dunno. The paint job is pretty cool though.
Two frames I have bodged up a bit.

In future I won’t attempt to modify frames.
Pick up N16.
