Oh you wonderful person.. I had kinda lost perspective on a couple of things so maybe a freestanding and a glass screen will work and make sense.

Freestanding bath (sized to be a tight fit) and a glass screen between it and the shower might help the space feel larger? Do you even need the divider, assuming your showerhead/s will be at the alcove end? Your toilet/sink arrangement lends itself to some tidy construction, something like this.
