How long are perm cards valid for? I found a stack of unused ones from ~2016. Guess I should probably check with individual organisers?

The cards should remain valid, they don't need to be used within a specific season or timeframe.

Best bet is to email org and give idea of when you want to ride, check they're okay with it.
