My daughter lives in Germany ,she has picked them up for me in the past for a lot less,but I not going to ask her to get one at the moment,sorry.
If the OP doesn't take the wheel,I'll build the hub into a new rim for rim brakes and use it on an old mountain bike.
I'll let you have the converter for a lot less than £48😀,
They must be available elsewhere,it is what all the Arkose hub geared bikes use that I have seen.
