Found the wheel, it is a Nexus(same internals as an Alfine, but non disc brake shell.
You can get a converter that turns the roller brake fitting into a disc brake which this has.
Not sure on the rim, black disc brake only.
A couple of hard to spot hairline cracks near a spoke hole, but is double wall double eyleted so many miles left in it yet.
32 stainless spokes.
