My effort... though not raced yet:
Featuring @umop3pisdn old fixed hill climb tubulars.
Currently 4.98kg.
Direct mount chainring, bullhorns with internal cabling (probably Hylix), sram S900 TT brake lever, link cable outers, KMC lightweight road chain, lighter seatpost clamp and no bar tape should bring it down to 4.6-4.7kg.
