My 2019 Rav4 had it's first service yesterday, a bit delayed as in the UK they have no service indicator warning, they do in the rest of the world....
My removable towbar won't reliably attach and detach so they had a go and claimed they had sorted it, I checked in the carpark and it was still not fully engaging there is a plastic window that shows a red or Green sticker, it has to be all green to be safe.
After half an hour of struggling and them trying to say a bit of red sticker was ok the mechanic gave up and then after another 10 mins I got it to lock.
Jemcar Bromley have said they aren't going to do anything as they didn't supply the car and have told me to take it back to the supplying dealer in Sheffield....
I've emailed Toyota, I hate car dealers.
