Forgot a pump so rode the "heavy" back-up wheels, not such a bad thing as they have 25mm GP4000/5000 on so much better grip than 23mm cronos. No idea what pressure I had in the rear but didn't get too much slip which was good.
I clocked 4:21. I know Lukas Nerurkar did a 3:57 which in that weather is brilliant. Red Walters (winner of Blazing Saddles) didn't ride so I'm secretly hopeful for a podium place. Pretty happy with the power (415w - 6.9w/kg), fastest ever time on the flat section, just need to get a better rhythm on the steep second half - lost a fair bit of time there I reckon.
