Maybe not, he publicly stated he was 78kg at the tour last year.
Perhaps more like 75kg? He looks more muscly than Sam Bennett, and he's a couple of inches taller as well.

Admittedly he does look quite fat in his cycling stats profile.

Definitely much more of dish now he's shed some pounds.
