It looks like Game's website doesn't do the thing were it reserves your order while in the basket so lots of people were trying to checkout to then get an error, so they've taken the website down. It'll potentially be possible to order a Series X when it's back up but it's pot luck as to when that will be. Otherwise they're not sold out everywhere even on the MS store.
