If I tried to tell my nieces and nephews they couldn't have a Mr Whippy because of the food hygiene ratings they'd just look up the van and show me their food hygeine rating on their phones. As of last year, all vans licensed to operate in our borough had 5/5 ratings. Which suprised me.
