Wanted - A few bits for my brother

Does anyone have any of the following?

1. Shimano rear derailleur (9 speed, short cage, Tiagra/Sora/Ultegra/105 etc)
   
2. Pair rim brake calipers (preferably black, long drop - 57mm, brand isn't important but Shimano would be nice)
   
3. For me (😬) 48t 104bcd chainring (4 bolt) to test on my mtb. Any colour/brand but I'm running Shimano Deore LX.
   
   

He's building up a road bike and swapping parts from his Paul Milnes and some aren't compatible.
