Our boiler guy seemed similarly down on Veissman parts but happy with supporting it if we got a 200 series.
Went for a Vaillant ecotec excluisve Green iq in the end. No fancy touchscreen controls but the control app is comprehensive, it does proper power modulating and the inside is entirely stainless/brass/copper - no plastic in sight! Apparently it does some clever stuff with preheating water from waste heat too, so is particularly green.

Went with a Worcester Bosch Life 8000 40kw.
There's loads of horror stories about replacement parts for a Veissman taking months to arrive.
