So next door one side chose to decent the PWA. Asked me to use specific surveyor. I said fine are you happy for to use that surveyor as the agreed surveyor? They say yes.
Appoint surveyor and agree a fixed fee. Surveyor visits them and then sends me an email saying the other side want a two surveyor award and he's working for them now. I owe him his fees and need to find my own surveyor.
Fucking pricks. Everyone involved.
