  • New arrival. I bought it a couple of weeks ago, arrived from the US today. I thought I’d be flipping it straight away but I think it’s pretty great. The movement feels really good (apparently modified ETA2824) and for £350 (that’s with import taxes and shipping) for a Swiss watch you can’t go wrong I think. The original strap is rubbish though, so I put it on an aftermarket tropic strap. This is the largest (42mm) watch I own, but doesn’t feel like it, probably because it’s about 10mm thin - one of the thinnest divers on the market? I decided to buy it because I wanted a beater diver that doesn’t look like Rolex Sub. And I think I nailed it.

  • Really nice that!

  • Really nice that..

  • I bought a glycine combat back in Feb, was about 500 aud. Really good for the money and it keeps very good time. The fit is excellent, thin and the lugs curve nicely around the wrist. I wish I had bought the black version like yours though. Mine has polished hands and the bezel is quite shiny... The whole effect just cheapens it, rather than being a simple tool watch. So it never gets worn, I have to sell it at some point.
