its clearly a guy with a hammer and stamp doing the serials, probably made with a few basic tools and lots of focus on the job in hand.
although this is a lucky find, I will be putting this up on eBay probably. this needs to be restored by someone who's always wanted one of these. it's pretty straight overall so will be a good candidate for stripping, spraying and rebuilding with some choice parts. it would be wasted on me, having only just found out about this builder today
