Ah, I know exactly what you mean! My Aeroad came from the factory with that type of tape. It's so good that I've re-wrapped it many times, and am semi-embarrassed to admit I haven't replaced it in over 3 years!

Looks like it's been replaced by https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/gear/components/bar-tape/canyon-bar-tape/9101214.html?dwvar_9101214_pv_farbe=BK if you want a more sober colour, however I cannot vouch for that having the silicone gripper on the rear of the tape that you're after.
