Oh hai PB thread, didn't see you there. After one ok and one failed attempt at MYO using red skin nuts, I bought 5kg of blanched and came up with this. Pretty pleased with it, might try mixing in a few red skins next time. Worked out just over £3/kg by my calculations. I get through a lot of PB so cost is a factor. I also find some brands to oily and loose, and a bit of a challenge to keep on the toast. Anyway, will update with further experiments in PB land as they happen.
Roasted for about 15 mins, then blended in the Kenwood Chef. The chunk-making stage need a bit of refinement, I used the slicing attachment which kinda of worked, then blended the rest for ages with the blade.
