Put a nut on the screw, put the screw in most of the way, tighten the nut or preferably two against the shoulder of the brake post . Try to remove by using the screw, or better still by using the nut nearest the brake post if using two.
Make sure the two nuts are locked tight to each other.
A bit like the opposite of this
