Spent a few hours in the sun getting the Muni-Mula closer to rideable. Changed the short flat bars for a pair of Fleegles and played around with saddle height. Short legs and a relatively high BB makes it difficult to sort out a decent position, where he can still reach the ground. Second pic shows the final position with bars rotated up a bit and the P2 fork back in place. Need a derailléur and brake cable, but otherwise good to go.
