Google Italian wholesaler, and give the local one a ring. There's bound to be a few options local to Edinburgh, or just try a good deli like Valvona & Crolla.

I dont think they have started selling to the public in this, This is Carnevale's sorta online shop front but having just had a looking it seems they dont sell the napoli cut unless you have an account but you could contact then.

I've got a trade account with a supplier up in Glasgow, but I think Salvo1968 who I also buy from in london are currently selling to the public on a click and collect. They will have Napoli chips for sure.
