  • Its what I use for events and is always great, Franco Manca and a bunch of other places use the exact same stuff although Franco I heard by 10 tons of it every week, lol.

    Good tip if your using it in the house tho as the shelf life is very short and you use about 70/80 grams per pizza. Portion it up into bags and freeze it and then just take it out in the morning your cooking pizza and its ready to use by night.
