Used the gas attachment this evening and it’s definitely a game changer. So much less work, no running around to top up the fire while trying to put a pizza together. Most importantly though, no difference in taste. I’ll be sticking with gas from now on unless I cook something slower that will benefit from the smoke.

Mate, that looks banging. Wish I'd have made my gas order a bit earlier now. Your thoughts are what I thought the benefits of gas would be, I still reckon having the option of both gas and wood is best and I think wood would be more fun if you had a group of people round. (not that that's ever happening again)

worrying i should have doubled my quantities for pizza tonight....
this doesnt bode well for my charcoal bits/chimney ever getting a run out...
