First pizzas in the Karu this evening. Initial impressions: will need a turning peel, as I was burning the pizzas on one side, and you need to top up the wood more often than I'd expected, but produced properly properly good pizza even from a quick dough.
(Edit: meant to reply to thread, not the post. Though I am considering the gas attachment, but will hold off until I've had some more experience with the Karu as-is.)

thanks about the igniter, i did notice that when i was looking at it earlier, the manual doesnt mention it very clearly, and they provide a telescopic match holder!
the box for the gas burner i received says on the box its for 3 and Karu, which seems pretty comprehensive to me.
