point me in the direction of a good spoke calculator?
I've always had success with the DT one https://spokes-calculator.dtswiss.com/en/
The "OFFSET" in the Hope chart is labelled "Flange distance" in the DT calculator.
Pay attention to the LB definition of ERD, you'll probably decide to add a bit in calculation to get the spoke to terminate exactly at the base of the nipple screwdriver slot.
Also, don't take anybody's word for anything, measure the rims and hubs you have in your hand before ordering spokes. Ideally, measure ERD using the nipples you'll be building with.

Ordered some rs4 centre lock 24h and some LB rims. I haven't built wheels in ages and I'm confused about the measurements provided by hope for hub measurements to put into a spoke calculator. Can anyone tell me what I'll need, or point me in the direction of a good spoke calculator? The two I've checked have different dimensions for hubs.
Both wheels are going to be 2x, CX Ray, ERD are 548 and 527.
