I don't believe it would but you would need to get an adapter. They've historically been bb30 prior to the English threaded alu frames.
That being said, it's now unfortunately sold. I would definitely recommend getting one if you can.

BB90 is 24mm axle only
there is a Di2 'kit' you need to get to run Di2 and a cable gear kit if you want to run those.

Normally 56 cm too big but the geo is near identical to that of my Cervélo RS so will fit. Hmmm. You seem very familiar with the frame Amey, do you happen to know if the BB90 supports a Cannondale 3-part assy? I have Si crankset spare.
