Assuming the surface pro charges through the USB C port
It doesn't it has its own funny little charging port.
In 3 minds between Anker at £22, this one with good reviews and a couple more ports at £25 and Lenovo at £56 (to avoid Amazon). Sure any of them will be ok so long as shipping within UK.

I've been using this one everywhere, and it's excellent... always detects keyboard, mouse, HDMI, has pass-through USB-C charging... not too ugly.

Not the cheapest, but works, is reliable, full video resolution, full USB-C speeds... just works.

Issue with that one is that it doesn't have passthrough charge. Assuming the surface pro charges through the USB C port, you can't charge and use the hub.
Best to find one that has a USB C port on the hub that accepts power...
