Standard road bike sti levers are suitable for short pull; so side pull callipers, center pull cantis or short/road disc brakes like the TRP spyre.
Long pull options are available in drop bar brake, not really seen any sti long pulls though, good for; v brakes or mtb/long pull discs.
Shimano do now make a mini v brake that’s short pull.
Can get confusing!
All mini v are short pull.
