I'll have a look tonight and measure the steerer but i have an ITM millennium full carbon (including steerer) fork with mudguard eyelets that could fit the bill.
I'd need to post though as I'm in wiltshire

Sorry I didn’t. I’ll aim to do it tonight and get back to you. Normal drop brakes though.
