Yes, I got a second hand 128GB one cheap second hand because it had a US keyboard.
It's got a 256GB SD card in it that is packed with stuff to watch plus various steam games.
I suspect there may have been some Windows tweaking to help it out because it's far quicker than equivalent Chinese tablets with a similar processor, or possibly the extra RAM explains the speed.
