    It obviously isn't that simple, especially if you hit the wall at 20 miles.

  • My main issue is I haven’t lost the belly from December and struggle to lose it when training for a race. I very much doubt I could run a sub 4.30 marathon at present but will be ramping up training over the next 6 weeks.
