What kind of time for a marathon should I be aiming for in 7 weeks if just ran a 2hr half? I expect to be able to run a half in under 1.50 come marathon day.
My main issue is I haven’t lost the belly from December and struggle to lose it when training for a race. I very much doubt I could run a sub 4.30 marathon at present but will be ramping up training over the next 6 weeks.
