OK. I'm bored at work. So there are a few different frame lighting options
LEDBYLITE - However no idea what it looks like in daylight. Probably not pretty.
DIY Option 1 and Option 2
EL Wire - Most interesting and the makers website is here. Not sure what it would look like in daylight though. Plastic tubing and zip ties most likely.
