Prevailing wind in most of the UK is from the SW. In the SE for sure.

When it gets warmer in London, the wind is usually south-westerly, as pastry_bot says. When it gets colder, you often get north-easterlies from Scandinavia. The usual exceptions apply. I have to say, I've always preferred having the wind in my back when riding home to north-east London than vice versa.

Getting real fucking bored of headwinds riding West every morning. Does the wind basically always come from that direction or something?
