Hah I'm eyeing up an Avante 2011.

Taped down the speed controller, receiver and switch the other night then instantly regretted my choices.

With the 2.4ghz stuff you don't need the arial pipe, right? Just put the receiver arial in a loop in the chassis?

Yeah, got mine taped to the inside of the chassis, seem to get a decent distance (full football pitch length) away, by that time the cars that small you want to bring it back anyway.
