At the bottom of the slot, cracks go horizontally

Seen quite a few hence I'll not entertain request to tighten the bolt (depending on how much thread is already showing) and ask that they book in for a sleeve replacement.

If its worn I simply explain the situation etc, generally I see them just before luck runs out or just after!
