I have cycled around Cyprus for a week in January, I have attached my route. Ridden a cyclocross bike with 650x48b wheels, mostly tarmac with some gravel. The island routes are epic, looking forward to going back there for longer time. I recommend to visit especially Troodos mountains and the mountain range south of Girne in Northern Cyprus. If you have any particular questions, feel free to ask.
