Yeah, depends what you are after really.
Having had both a Legacy Spec B and F11 5 series - the Legacy was a much better drivers car - far more involving and with better handling and much more character, but for stop start city driving or motorway miles the 5series was much better at wafting you along.

Maybe I should just get another 530d. It was a great wafting barge for lazy driving.
