The Johnson thing does look very odd.
Surely he has the political media training to say something along the lines of "That's awful and that's why the Conservatives want to increase funding in the NHS which will be helped by Getting Brexit Done...soundbite....soundbite, etc."
He looks mentally broken. (I hope he fucks up in a myriad of similar ways in the next few days.)
