There are some you need to get as part of quests, so you may have lost one there. When I completed, I was still missing a card, and went round the whole world twice and played every fucker again to try to find it, as well as getting every single question mark.
I regret nothing.

lol i had this problem and it was the only thing that stopped me from getting platinum.
Turned out it was miss-able.
