For sale is a Bianchi San Remo from 2002.. I bought this and built it up for light CX / touring. Details in the build thread here.. https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/334742/ including geo.. Frame is 55cm. Good bike, frame has quite a few marks, but no dents.. one of the rear lower mudguard mounts has a sheared bolt in it.. Will also come with original Quill stem and Bianchi bars.. I think there are also guards for it.. Spec as below:

I would consider a PX for some 650B wheels & tyres upto £100.. I am in Belfast, so postage will be required I assume for an additional £30..
£350 + postage - Not sure if that's miles off, but I'm sure it would split into something similar..
