Oh no, poor thing :(
When we used to around the corner from a fried chicken place our greyhounds at the time would frequently be launching themselves at dropped bones on walks. I think I lost count of the number of times I had to prise open jaws and remove chicken bones from Caleb's throat - thankfully he had very good bite-inhibition!
He did manage to sneak some once or twice and the advice we were given if they have eaten something (non-poisonous) they shouldn't have was to feed them lots of overcooked rice, to basically pad them out to lessen the likelihood of any sharp shards of bone doing any damage...

Suspected farrah ate a conker during a walk yesterday eve. She stuck her face into a pile of leaves and came out crunching something. It was gone before I had a chance to grab it out of her mouth.
Quick google suggests their poisonous (like everything!) but after much deliberation I rang the vet to ask. They asked me to bring her in asap so they could induce vomiting.
They used a form of morphine that gives all of the side effects but no pain relief, effectively giving her a miserable hangover.
Much puking later revealed it was actually a chicken bone that some scrote had thrown in the park as he walked past...
Better safe than sorry, i couldn't have lived with myself if it was a conker and she got ill!
